Please note that all garments are made in Britain specially for you on a made to order basis and your order will be dispatched within 5 - 10 days from your order date. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders. Parcels are sent using courier service for next day delivery.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to a PO BOX address, so please submit an alternative address when ordering.
International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Services and shipping charges will apply according to the country order is being shipped to. Shipping charges will be added during the checkout process.
Customs charges & import duties may be applicable to your order once it reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We do not cover the cost of these charges and we are unable to predict what these charges may be. If you have any questions regarding import duties it is best to contact your local customs department.
Returns and Exchanges
We pride ourselves on our British made quality, however, in the unlikely event that you would like to return an item to us you can do so by notifying us by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a returns reference number.
Returns number must be filled in on the returns/exchange form (delivered with the goods). Items and the returns/exchange form should be returned within 14 days of receiving your returns number for UK orders and within 28 days for international orders. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item, according to our returns policy.
All refunds will be made to the card/ payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note shipping fees or import duties will not be refunded.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us by email to: email@example.com quoting the order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it and therefore request that you follow the return instructions.
All products must be returned new, unused with the swing tag still attached and in original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled (from make-up etc.) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All items returned should have a returns number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
We strongly recommend you send your returned goods via recorded and tracked delivery, as we will not be held liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
