Please note that all garments are made in Britain specially for you on a made to order basis and your order will be dispatched within 5 - 10 days from your order date. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Parcels are sent using courier service.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to a PO Box address, so please submit an alternative address when ordering.
International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Services and shipping charges will apply according to the country the order is being shipped to. Shipping charges will be added during the checkout process.
Customs charges and import duties may be applicable to your order once it reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We do not cover the cost of these charges and we are unable to predict what these charges may be. If you have any questions regarding import duties it is best to contact your local customs department.
Returns and Exchanges
We pride ourselves on our British-made quality. In the unlikely event that you would like to return an item please notify us via Returns Manager HERE to obtain a returns RA number(s).
The returns number must be filled in on the returns/exchange form delivered with the goods. Items and the returns/exchange form should be returned within 28 days beginning the day your order was delivered. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. You can also stay up to date and check your item return progress via our Returns Manager HERE.
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item, according to our returns policy.
All refunds will be made to the card used at the time of purchase. Please note shipping fees for international orders or import duties will not be refunded.

If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it and therefore request that you follow the return instructions.
All products must be returned new and unused, with the swing tag still attached and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled (from make-up, etc.) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All items returned should have a returns number. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
We strongly recommend that you send your returned goods via recorded and tracked delivery, as we will not be held liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
